how do you get everything running so fast? I don't have all that many apps and my mogul is a little sluggish

it comes with experience........ i have all installed to the main memory on my phone and runs smooth as could be.......... also try the htc performance cab.

Yea, my mogul is already overclocked running the performance cab, but last night I tinkered with some of my programs and switched to mobitv and my speed has improved. Im gonna try sktools and see if that helps. Thanks a lot guys for the info!

what program did you use to switch it form portrait to landscape? i hope you can answer this, when i hit my programs i cant see anything, its all blank. and for an audio player, how do i link my audio manager to the music tab? I hope this is all in the correct thread, i want to thank you guys for al your help so far, you have been a life saver.

to switch from portrait to landscape he just mapped to the camera button through start/settings/personal/buttons for audio manager you have to go through the htc home plugin and set it up like the instructions say and make sure you have audio manager as yur default.

Im using the lucid theme and in the instructions it says dont check anything but UL, there wasnt anything about an audio player. Should i be posting here or on ppcgeeks for questions about the lucid theme?

here is fine thats why we got the thread......i know but in the instructions it tells you in home customizer what to check. you have to go to the audio player tab through hhc and make sure that the audio manager is the default and not windows media player and than save than uncheck and only have the music tab and the other one checked that it said to... than uncheck htc home and recheck the rltoday plugin and you will be golden after soft reset.

when i hit the start menu i cant see anything, all i get is ablank box where everything should be, the instructions said set to transparent but the only thing i could find was semi transparent. i would use the programs on the today screen, but i cant find the path to change the put in the xml so it will work.

i apologize for the misspelling, what i meant to say was i cant find the path to put in the xml to get the programs to work. and the audio im not understanding what you are talking about. In HHC there only thing i can do under tabs is move things from active to inactive, i cant do anything about making it my defualt player, and i have the plugin. Every other time i push start to get to the menu the phone freezes and i have to do a soft reset, and of course the start menu does not come up. bro just follow the steps in the thing and take it to the thread for the app this is crapping the mans video thread!!!!!!!! and you need to go to download appearences and you will find the transparent.
