Windows Mobile PDAs and Pocket PC Phones

Running driver safety software on your favourite mobile device means you'll always have camera reminders with you. ActiveStealth is easy to instal and easy to use on PDA's and Pocket PC Phones running either Windows Mobile 6, Windows Mobile 5, Windows Mobile 2003 or 2003 second edition. New camera updates are downloaded from the internet to your PC and transerred to your mobile device using Microsoft ActiveSync.

Easy to use on its own or with satellite navigation software

Touch screen operation means you can easily store new camera locations or quick-change the most important features.

Our mini mode feature runs in the background of most satellite navigation packages and comes to the front during an alert.

Windows Mobile 5 users can use ActiveStealth and Navigation software at the same time. Windows Mobile 5 includes a program called GPS Intermediate Driver, which allows 2 or more programs to share the same GPS input. ActiveStealth is compatible with this.

Alternatively, ActiveStealth can create a "Virtual Serial Port" to pass the GPS information to navigation software.

Helps you to become more aware of your speed

ActiveStealth uses the GPS information from a compatible GPS antenna to turn your Windows Mobile device into a highly accurate GPS speedo.

Advisory speed limits when you are approaching a camera let you easiily compare your own speed to the posted speed limit at that location.

GPS Smart Mute switches off the audible alert when you fall below the advisory speed limit at a camera site. Visual alerts display as normal.

There is even a useful overspeed reminder which you can use to remind yourself whenever you drive faster than your chosen setting.

ActiveStealth 1.1 is only available for Windows Mobile Devices.

This software does not run on Nokia or Sony Ericsson phones (Symbian Operating System).

Use your own Bluetooth GPS or use ours!

PDAs, Pocket PC Phones and smartphones generally require a Bluetooth GPS receiver to tell them your GPS location. The software can then calculate your speed, compass direction, and whether or not you are close to a speed camera location. In theory, any Bluetooth GPS receiver should work fine with this software. However, GPS performance can vary dramatically on some of the cheaper antennae we have tested so to guarantee the optimum level of performance and to get the most out of the advanced Pro features of ActiveStealth, we recommend using the SMARTnode GPSHub (when it becomes available.)
