theme based questions

i am making my own themes now but i want to takew it a step further like making my own icons and modding my clock and changing the fonts of things
also is there anyway to mod the htc today plugin like the htc clock can it be edited in any way ?

ummmm there is many out and tutorials out for how to make them.... i would take a look at the tutorials section to further your answers.
