Updated to the new ROM last night everything working excellent. I had th Ultimate launcher pimped out before and now with the new rom I keep getting unsuccessful error. Is anyone having the same problem?

What app/plugin is used underneath UL??? I see a phone, msg, and other icons...Thanks for your help.

make sure you download from link not the attachments.

Hey Dash I finally loaded the ultimate installer along with the prada plugin.......But im still having problems with the way my home screen is looking.....I have the same layout as you...except my UL is at the bottom,above it is the prada plugin,and then the htc custom icons, and at the top is the custom clock....What confuses me is that my UL tabs are not visible unless I scroll to the bottom then they pop up.....Anyway I can arrange this so my plugins and UL tabs fit on the home screen withought having to scroll down......?? Thanks dash.....

did you go to the link in this thread leading you over to the link that you found the app at? it explains everything in there and also is 2 videos on the setup of mine and kaos so you can see exactly what we have.
