Check to see what your "My Phone Number"? says, i bet when you relocked the phone it lost you msid and mdn; mine did that last night and just used the msl to reprogram it

I had the same prob but I called customer service (time consuming I know) and got my code for the mogul you enter it on the dial pad. It brings you to a screen hit edit and type your number in the to sections. then ok it. BAM new Rom and GPS. Thanks guys.

your msl is your master subsidy lock code, used to program your phone number in (msid and mdn)
you will hit ##MSL# and then choose edit
MSL will be the number cust service gives you

Hey, I am really sorry because I prolly seem like a complete idiot but could you be more specific because the only thing that I can find is under settings-personal-phone and then it brings up my voicemail info and stuff.............what do i need to look for? Thanks and sorry

hit the green phone button
then the soft menu key and select where it says my phone number
or you can try and go to voicemail and just see if it is your number or if it has been reset

So I checked that and it is messed up and I tried to call sprint but they need my account number and I dont have a bill with me to see that..........any other way to get that?

you can PM me your ESN and i can get your msl and other info for you, but wont be till morning

yea you sholdve read the threads in regards to this. you will need you msl, mdn, and msid!!! Sprint is the only way you will get it now. try going to the keypad and type "##233252#". If you get in, click edit and enter you telephone number. if not, call sprint and they will help ya

I flashed the ROM onto my 6800... Everything seems to work great, except for a few things... With me having the Alltel service instead of Sprint, do you see that being a problem?? Also, I re-installed Google Maps, and started the GPS... It shows working, but thinks that I'm in the ocean just south of the Ivory Coast/Ghana (when I press "My Location")... Is there anything I can do about that (GPS, along with more memory, are the two reasons why I did this)??

bro been discussed many times. it will show as not be connected just connect to your computer and than wait round 20 seconds and than run the exe for the rom and you will be fine. if you cant get it you can send to me for the mod service and i will fix it for you.

you need to call sprint and tell them that you need to activate your phone

you shouldnt need your account number and all you just call tell them your name and the last 4 digits of your social security number.

naw the sprint features just wont work. you need to go to the right soft key and go get gps. than you will get it to work.

How can I enter i specific address when using the Get driving directions option while gps in livesearch is enabled? i found that it will ony recoginze from city and state to city and state or current location. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

relock the phone. keep it in bootloader and than once you do that run the exe file on your pc while connected to activesync.

make sure the bootloader says 1.06 when you try to flash to the stock oterwise your not relocked.

Ok so I've tested out the HTC Sprint ROM update and I've noticed a lot of issues that need to be addressed.

1. The notice says that it come equipped with REV.A, but it is disabled when you do the update. You have to get into EPST (##778#) and have your unlock code to access it. Once you access it, you have to enable REV.A. For people who aren't familiar with working behind the scenes with their phone, this update cheats you initially unless you make the change yourself.

2. The system crashes frequently when applications are loaded.(Google Maps, Touchflo Cube, Performance Tweaking, and Games) I've noticed that the device.exe and another program fails, and asks for you to report it. This failure often makes it so that you can't make phone calls or access other programs without a hard reset.

3. It moves faster in terms of maneuvering through programs, but at the cost of it failing on you. The update even started me out on Verizon's network instead of Sprint's. This may be an isolated issue, but I'm currently exploring ways to use the test beta software that comes with Windows 6.1.

If you have any suggestions for me I'd like to hear them.

And once you are within the EPST settings how would you locate and verify if Rev A is enabled or not?

Yeah I only ask because I'm currently still using the Beta Rom 3.16.651.0 (GPS & Rev. A) and while I was looking in the EPST settings under data parameters it doesn't have a Rev A option, the only thing in data parameters on the Rom I'm using is "Packet Dial String"

1. do you have service on your phone??? make a test call to see
2. if not call sprint and tell them that you would like to activate your phone and they will guide you through the process.
3. if you do you will also have to call sprint and tell them the problem that you are having since it is on there side and they can fix it....

i have a feeling though that you dont have service and will have to reactivate your phone.

it is much better
update from the new sprint rom unlock your device and update to no2chem 5054, it is based on the new rom and works much faster same amount of free memory only thing is the problems that are in the regular rom are solved , no2chem rocks

we have them all posted and roms are personal interest but thanks for sharing with us on the rom and that you like it. you can receive your msl from spint by giving them a call.

yes you can use this rom and the unlocker can be found here: https://www.wckediden.com/showthread...titan+unlocker

and than once you run this while connected to activesync on your computer flash the rom next.

sounds like you ran the unlocker on your phone. use the titan relocker and relock the phone so you are in bootloader 1.06 and than flash the rom.

what did you back up through if activesync go back to the area you chose called backup and click restore
