how to remove these on my touch????

on the homescreen i would like to remove the following the 5 buttons right under the home,weather etc (aka the sprint tv,picture album,music payer buttons) alos the calendar on my homescreen the no upcomign aptments things is gettign anoyying last but no least ther is a aim (tap here to goto instant messaging button that i think should go as well) i tried removing but i cant find the options all i found was the cutomize swcked menu for the mobile shell...............just realized that all these are on a scroll bar on my homescreen so if any 1 can pt me to wher the options are for that ill be outta yr way heheh

im not sure i understand completely do to me inability to comprehend what i read but i think you wnt to go to

Start>settingd>personal>today>items tab> un check all the programs you do not want
