i had got it to work on my ppc and what did was used muit owner hack for the default i used mine for owner 1 i put in crackedbydash then after that for owner 1 i hit set then i went to from my ppc start> settings> owner info then went to guitar hero put in the reg code and thats its.

you have to run on your pc not your ppc

I changed where it says device name under settings/about, is that where you mean? If not could you tell me where?

Settings > Owner Information > Name to: Crackedbydash

i enter in the registration number and it says invalid code. I did everything changed my owner name to Crackedbydash now is the reg code start with a zero or the Letter O....I tried both nothing works...I soft reset my phone I reinstalled the app and still comes back invalid code.............what do i do

i have heard of this problem beefore since i have done this buth on a touch through sprint and alltel try a different provider like if you have sprint try alltel and if alltel sprint

Did you change the "owners" name on the device?

make sure the "C" is capitalized

go to start/settings/personal/ownerinformation and enter the user name Crackedbydash with a capital C then install guitar hero again and enter serial it should work now

you download guitar hero.exe then connect your phone via active sync then you run the exe on the computer and it will send the cab file to the device then the device will prompt you to install it.

ummm, thanks for the kind words, but i really didn't do anything... I do admit that I would like to write some readme.txt files for D/\ASH, but find myself getting interested in something else.

currently, i am working on customizing my swcked shell for 240 x 240... but anyway...

when I am here and there is something i can answer, i will gladly do so. its the least i can do.

to everyone: i do not think people know how much time the owners and admins spend on a website. people from here, XDA, wmexperts, etc. etc. spend probablly 6-8 plus hours a day along with their other job, school, or etc. etc.

I know dash has already responded, but to help you a little further i would need to know more detail.

Have you already DL and installed? or did you just DL it for the first time from here?

If its the later then see D/\SH post!! If it is the first one, then give us more detail please

yeah for all app you do unless you email the cab files to you and this is an exe file so you need the exe file for this.

Ok Owner Name should be "Crackedbydash" all one word with a capitol "C' i just installed this yesterday on a clients phone works great no problems!

you unlock the songs as you go along in career mode but the packs that they sell i havent been able to get my hands on.

hey dash, I had to hard reset my phone because of some memory issues and other things and now I'm trying to reinstall some of my pcinstall files like voice command and such...but when I come to you guitar hero program and right after I select my carrier and model throught the pc install setup, right after I select HTC Mogul, I get a message that reads "network error." Any ideas??? Could winplay have caught up to us somehow?

i just installed to my phone..... just say try again and than it will go a lil slow and will install though....... theres no way for them to reverse the process for sure.
