for flash lite to work on the touch you need to disable all the apps that work using touchflo since they conflict with eachother

Hey, what about Flash Lite for the Mogul 6800? WIth this file work? Is there another way to be able to watch videos on sites like YouTube/Break, or other sites with posted videos? I've searched around, and all I've been able to find is that I'm supposed to use Flash Lite, and this is the only file I"m able to find.

Yes flashlite works for the mogul....as for flash you to watch videos you can use the tcmp app and flashvideo bundle and change the settings in tcmp to play those vids. This has been disccuseed before and there is a full explanation on what to do to configure this!
