1. make sure you have mobile shell 2.1 installed
2. download the file and drag via activesync to your phones storage card.
3. take the files it tells you to overwrite with and press and hold than choose copy
4. go to start/file explorer/swcked mobile shell and than click and hold than choose paste.
5. when it asks to overwrite choose yes
6. soft reset
7. DONE.|

Love this theme, but just one question? When you turn your mobile off then on again it goes back to the original theme, I have to press the swcked menu button to activate it again. Is there a way to make it permanent with the diamond skin.
I must be doing something wrong.

some please please help me. i dont know what im doing wrong. i just spent about 3-4 hours trying to install the diamond skin. man this thing will have you frustrated. I installed the swcked mobile shell then installed the diamond skin then reset it but still wont work. im thinking about doing a hard reset on my phone so that i could start from scratch. well at least the last 3 hours didnt go to complete waste because i did successfully install kaos rom. but the diamond is what i really wanted. someone please help. its 5 in the mourning. look at my post time. i dont know what im doing right now. so lost. please dont get mad guys if this is everyday questions because i did the searching. i did the reading. about 4 hours worth and still nothing. im not pros like you guys. sorrie but i just got my phone today and so im very new to this. please help! THANKS>

it took me less than 2 mins to get this installed. read the first post over b/c i have kaos rom installed along with the diamond interface. you put the fonts in windows/fonts directory and the files in program/swckedmobile/and put them there . not too hard man

alright so i have everything in the right folders all the files in the swcked shell folder and fonts in window/fonts folder. Is the diamond them supposed to automatically come up? If so what do you recommend?

glad u got it worked out, but one suggestion...... always soft reset after u install anything and change regs, always soft reset after removing any apps or whatever.

didn't see this discussed. on the mobile shell when i scroll it just scrolls the same screen. i have to use the tabs at the bottom to get the screen to change. this happened when i installed the diamond. i tried to uninstall the mobile shell and reinstalled mobile shell 2.1. same thing. thanks in advance

Yo Dash thanks for trying to help. Not sure how you do screen shots, but basically on swcked shell 2.1 if you swipe your finger it will go from home screen to setting, then contacts. Mine just goes from the home screen acts like it is going to the next screen but then it is the home screen again. Hopefully that helps.

for example on my touch it will say its sunny outside when its 9:00 at night....

server was down and that is why weather was not working. it was posted on another forum with users having the same problem. all set now. I did notice someone saying that swcked will expire in 15 days. I know it was said that it would not expire but can anyone confirm that it will go passed the trial period.

I am referring too is the post that has the download for 2.1 unless there is another one. I am really missing something I don't see mention of registration codes. It says that the trial will not end but there is a post in there with someone saying theirs just expired and now it closes everytime they try to open it.

upgraded to 2.1 and installed skin still unable to scroll past each portion, contacts scrolls through all 3 contact pages and nothing else, the same with each slide. I had another skin and 2.0 working fine

But Greatbal just release his new version V1.2 - which includes choosing background as well color themes and he included a variety of icon status button colors.
