hmm i have no idea. i went straight from take 2 to take 3. maybe try an older rom then go to take 3. trying won't hurt none :brows:

has to be ripped i know the first rom has it and all the full version but i take it that you are using the stripped version.... i think kaos has it laying round somewhere because i dont have it myself........ maby he could pull from one if his roms or summtin or add to his next.

I did a google search & found No2Chem's Nue Tools but it doesn't have anything called nuefonts in it.

I'm having numerous issues with this ROM. Though some have been metioned I'll list all I can think of so others can compare and kaos can take a look if necessary.

-Throttle Launcher wont work at all-showed up at one point but buttons didn't work and couldn't config. Now won't work at all.
-Trouble linking with Activesync everytime I connect-eventually works after closing everything and reconnecting a few times.
-Tcpmp and other media/video players wont work.
-Even Sprint's own java apps are untrusted and asks for numerous permissions to launch/get data/send data, and it launches slowly (Sprint Music actually says it may be slow or just not launching) but eventually comes up.
-Onscreen keyboard pops up randomly.
-Phone pops up randomly when going to text or other typing areas and then switching to landscape. Sometimes, sometimes not.
-I believe there are others I can't remember right now.

Nothing critical, but that Activesync thing is definately a time eater and could really be an issue if it decides it doesn't wanna correct itself in the future. Let me know what you guys think.

Yeah, I saw it CLEARLY says it, thats y i did it. Flashed a few times, and updated the radio, I'm not new at this. And I have the same tcpmp I've always had. Worked fine on take 2. I've always had minor problems with activesync so I'll try another reflash and install fresh activesync, test as I install apps to see if one of them is causing problems. i've also had that problem with the phone poppin up randomly when i start typing. Hopefully it was just a bad flash. I'll keep you updated.

well i know your not new...doesnt mean you cant overlook something....flash radio then rom.btw i dont run full only stripped.but shouldnt be issue...but maybe one of those sprint apps is bugging it on your end.

damn!!! ive tried every way and the mogul still freezes sooner or later and it remains frozen even after a soft reset always leading to a hard reset so i cant install all my apps!!!
ive tried to flash the 3.42 official rom first then this one. then i tried to flash the 3.35, then take 2 and then take 3 and still no dice..... and im removing the battery, hard resetting post flash so im no noob to this but im stumped. maybe its the device...

Alrite, reDLed ROM and reflashed. Throttle is working beautifully. And the only issue I'm still havin is the Activesync thing but its only been about 30 mins, but things are looking up. I'm gonna add the rest of my apps and see if I pinpoint anything. Thanks Kaos.

So this is slightly off topic, but somewhat related.

Kaos, do you ever put out kitchens or whatever it's called for these? I've still got a lot to learn about those, and I had trouble trying to take one of the nuerom bases and work with it. Your rom is pretty darn close to perfect for me, so I'd love to be able to tweak a couple things rather than trying to mimic your awesomeness from the base rom.

Just wondering if theres any way to make the default call volume MAX. Every time i get a call i gotta change it and the scroll wheel no longer automatically changes the volume in call.

This ROM is nice however I get the error Verizon Wireless is unable to authorize this phone - I have Sprint service though and I went from the leaked latest rom directly to this one.

Any ideas? Other than that I seem to have minor speed issues even though i flashed ROM2 which was the "lighter" version.

I forgot to mention 95% of the time my calls go through with no problems.

no there isnt and the scroll wheel should still work without problems..... you could always use a button mapper like aebutton i think its called to add that to the scroll wheel.....

thats normal with verizon just call the number and tell them you did a hard reset and you will be back and running quickly.

Tried that program you suggested. Maybe i just don't know how to use it, but using the scroll wheel during a call just brings up the "enlarged titlebar menu" thing. So to change volume i have to scroll, then hit the speaker, then use the scroll wheel to change it. Or just hit the title bar and then the speaker etc... Either way the scroll wheel does not directly change the volume. Seems its binded to something else.

right there is a program that will allow you to edit any button or wheel on the phone to hav eit do whatever you want......

lol thanks for the compliment but no i never release a basekit...just for the soul fact that things always seem to act differently from one person to another.It takes me atleast a hr to tweak no2's basekits..lol its a pain i know.Trial and error are key.I must of made 50 plus roms before take 1 and i finally figured my way around the kitchen.Hint the kitchen updater is buggy as hell...i always direct download all my stuff then import them myself into the kitchen with out the buildos touching them.......btw next release will have latest of everything including icontact .76.

You don't understand. I have a Sprint Mogul and flashed this rom and now i'm getting errors stating that Verizon Wireless was unable to authorize your phone. I posted on here because I was like WTF. im guessing that you did not unlock the phone before flashing, please refer to my signature for all the step by step process

yea that would be the only thing i could think of because verizon hasnt has a rom update leaked or official so i have no clue why you would get that erorr.

I'm going to try to unlock, i believe i went straight from the latest sprint upgrade (inc sprint tv) to this rom without unlocking - this could be the whole issue but i assumed since everything installed and it was working that this wasn't the issue.

you need to unlock to be able to flash custom roms, unlock and reflash and you should be good

ok so i flashed my phone wiht this rom and it rebooted now its just sitting on htc screen has been for about 10 mins
