How to change a .png files into a .dll file

can anyone help me im trying to change a .png files into a .dll file so that i can change an icon, i have the icon as a png already just need to change the file type

.dll isnt an image file though bro so you wouldnt convert the images to that.

ouch lol ive been headin in the wrong direction then lol but i downloaded the sk shortcut manager now i dont know where to go from there, i have the png image on my destop but dont know the next step, thanks for the help like always dawg

whatever image file you need to change bro , google, " infranview" ... You can change any image file to a different one!

didnt want to have 2 ask again but i need help on this, dont kno which way 2 go.. i just wanna change the crappy youtubeplay icon isnt any1 else having an issuse wit it? it looks f'd up! i got a couple youtube icons for the ppc on my desktop just dont know how to put them on the program so that it can display on the shortcut on the launcher menu in today screen. sorry if this is a dumb question

if you know the size of what the icon should be, just post the pics here and ill size them, but you have to tell me the size and what file format you want!

your the man! ok the icons i have are .ico files and it doesnt let me attach it here! i just need the steps to take as far as icons and sizes i can do dat much but i just dont know what to do from there, how to change the icon.. by the way isnt ur youtubeplay icon crappy? how come no1 else is standing up for the 2D icon lol

Im pretty sure if you look into the registy under current user software the utube player somewere in that bunch of entries you should see the current .ico listed then you should be able to change that to the icon you wish. ex youtube.ico to mynewyoutube.ico
