I get the same thing. App seems to work but today screen plugin doesnt -just complains about 'invalid key'

There is no keygen on this one.. just says register with 23 -
May be incompatible with WM 6.1?

Run cr-ElecontWeather.exe to install,and use 23 as key to register. simple as that.

i don't use this app myself. was just posting what it says in the .nfo. btw, you can open those with notepad. just saying for the noobs.

It's apparently not as simple as that. I have tried numerous times and uninstalled/reinstalled. Doesn't like 23 as the key.

it should without troubles.... and you did use multiowner like it stated correct?

I didnt see anything about 'multiowner', and I just looked at everything again, and still don't. But thats probably just me, where did you see that note? I checked the .nfo and the .diz, and read through the core10k.exe included. Straighten me out D/\SH - I feel like Ive spent altogether too much time on a Weather app... :Flush:

you guys, try this and tell me if it works or not. i found this regedit somewhere. remember DO NOT UPDATE!

'\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Elecont\Weather'

1. Set the 'Activation Code' value to '4'

2. Set the 'ActivationString' to 'Your program is successfully activated. Thank you for your purchase.'

3. Create an OrderID with value set to '23'

Step 3 is not necessarily required.

Thanks TweetyBear - That seemed to do the trick. The only issue I had was it didnt play nice with Ultimate Launch, which isnt a big deal but the reg entries reverted back after I pulled it out and added it back to 'today'. I will see if it happens again. Thanks for the help.

glad that worked for you. it's kinda hit and miss for different people. hope all stays well for you
