New Server Program

wow i thought it was going crazy ,but anyways everything went smoothly as it should.We are now with Apache server the only thing that i have to do is little by little make the server go a bit faster .But its doing what it suppose to so.

Guys please I'll be working on the server off and on so just hang tight till all is good. If it don't work the way i want it then i revert back to the old one..

thanks bro but i dont know if its me or is the server running a bit slow? maybe i have to get used to it still doing some tweaks. I know apache runs differently from the old one. different specs

yeah, it was kinda running a bit slow for a while there but it seems better now.

it seems to run a little sluggish still but it is getting better for sure :>

i dont know what the hell happen this morning trying to log on and it took forever...but still tweaking it...soory guys please be patience till this is configure properly to 100%

need some input guys...i think i finalize all tweaks to the server and i think it need more but i need to know how the server is performing....its it better then the old one or the same?

speed wise it may be right about the same. i have noticed an decrease in the errors that i was getting (500 errors) so i think at this rate when you do your thang and fiddle some more that this server will be a better server overall.

i won't know fully until i get home (back to MY high speed), i'm currently on a shitty ass hotel wifi, and it's not the best in the world, but so far so good...like i say, i'll be able to give a better critique when i get home...tomorrow night (sunday) i'll have a much better idea, but thanks, wcked, for all that you are doing!

yea thats the issue that i could never fix not even my buddy could track down..it had something to do with fastcgi and cgi something that i had to cram down and learn..but couldnt resolve issue thats why i looked into apache which we are now

Hey whats up there wcked!!! First of all thank you very much for trying to make this great web page better!!! You and like many others here have done most certainly a lot to make Wckediden grow stronger and bigger. And as for the new server program, I was having some speed and error problems during the middle of the day but now I personally would have to agree with D/\SH the speed is right about the same and I have not notice any difference but yeah thanks a lot Bro!!! Keep up the good work because we ALL appreciate it!! THANKS MAN!!!!

yeah, i got bunch of errors yesterday and sometimes the speed was a big laggy. it may take from like 20-30 seconds to load a page whereas before it was instant

i'm still not home yet, so i can't know for sure, but seems like i got way more errors today for some reason....i'm going home later this evening, and will be able to tell better....but today has been much more laggy than yesterday

huh i just logged on all of 15 minutes ago and the speed has been great and i havent received one error on my side.

haha aight is that you????? lmao but yea wcked now that im through i ran through some long load periods at around 745 or so till 845 but it is cleared itself out so not sure if you were working on it causing it to lag.... and does your boy know how to run this server program also?

it is stable but complex..it taken me so far 4 days to tweak it...to match and run good on windows platform.. everything is set to default and since i had no knowledge on apache i taken a crash course and applying the config at the same time...hahaha this thing is crazy buts i'm getting there....:connie_mini_hotairb

just tweaking it..what we call overclocking it hahahaha ..na basically each program when you install of course starts on default so i had to tweak it to match my server so each day i was setting a number to see how it runs and i stress test it so yea so far so good...once I'm confident that its 100% then i know I'm completed..:yahoo:

wcked i think the sever runs great , i have gotten no errors at all. Keep it up has been running at lighting speed for me

the new server seems great the only diffrence is now when I open a thread on my phone it opens to the last page (instead of the first) like it used to THANX FOR AN AWESOME SITE
