sorry about that darling. I knew it shud have been good bc I just downloaded it earlier. Theres 4 files in the which are the fixes to the multiple issues ppl were having (audio manager, photo albums..)

Does anyone know if this will work with Kaos Hybrid Take 3 enhanced ROM? Alltel's stock rom doesn't have GPS on the HTC PPC-6800

I saw someone asked, but didn't see an answer.

I am currently using kaos hybrid rom take 3 enhancedx and it runs flawlessly. atm I just can't get the task manager figured out...

OK, When I get home I'm going to do a hard reset, remove battery for 1 min and then install TouchFlo 2D, IF it doesnt work well, I'll just hard reset again and put back the Vista Theme. Lets hope it works.

Touchflo keeps closing when i try and use the music and the mail. and the youtube still doesn't work. i guess i'll wait for the program to be a bit more stable before i commit to it. lol

ok, you tube still not working along with browser startup. I got pic n vids to show along with weather using weatherpanel but doesn't give me the movement of weather like touchflo 3d. Probex, how'd you get browser to work?

I used the "Opera 9.5 Build 1938 QVGA WWE" build I attempted the other build from the omnia or whatever it is... but I found it did not work as well as this one did for me. This one shows all your favorites right below the youtube link. Its sweet.

After reading the thread over at XDA they basically said that the only animated weather is when it rains. So just program in a zip code where its supposed to be raining to see if it works.

I still haven't installed it yet, but ive been following along with all the updates...just waiting for once it's out of Beta, or maybe even cooked into a ROM.

it may be still in beta but all the fixes has been found already so it works perfectlly for me now

and i can confirm that the rain is animated

its linked to opera, so you need opera for it to work.

or........ use the iexplore.exe or skyfire.exe, rename it to OperaL.exe and drop it in the windows folder [trick]

Hey mike, Im a little confused being that I was at work this weekend and am kinda late with this, but im at xda right now and I see they have an update made the 14th and they updated the thread with a cab, that contains all the fixes that way there is one cab to install instead of simultaneous cabs.....Here is a quote from xda

hey mike, im not having any of these issues. I still can't get youtube or ie to work. I've changed registry n all but when I press internet globe I get nothing. tx

you need opera for both to work or you need to take your stock ie.exe or skyfire whichever you use and rename to opera and drop in your windows file as discussed in posts previous to yours

did you try the trick i mentioned above??? make a duplicate of iexplore.exe in the windows folder and name it OperaL.exe, otherwise you need Opera for it to work

And the youtube app is still in development, but looks like it works on no2chems based roms, like Kaos Builds

i just donated to no2 and am in the process of dl'ng pre 3! though it is still in the beta stages and lacks the camera im fixin to fly with all this new ram and mem! hahahahahah its gonna be like having an alltel touch pro!
