nope i deleted the other nobottonm bar and added this and nothing

looks like its not compatible or the rom doesnt allow it to be removed

there is no way to shrink htc home and for the icons and pictures you just click and hold if im not mistaking and than you will be able to change them.....

Very true... I should update to 6.1, but don't you have to backup everything including what's on the memory card as otherwise it would be lost?

well during a flash you will lose everything that ISNT on the card.... so dont worry you dont have to back it up by i do once a week just to be safe. and if your going from 5 to 6.1 or 6.5 than you will have to reinstall everything apps and games wise voer again since you CANT run a back up program and than run a restore from one rom to another and thats under all circumstances. to get your important stuff backed up like contacts, textx, calender, etc use a program called pimbackup.

srry about that dash for some reason it wasnt letting me drag the files to my phone but now it did. but the bakground is diff and top bar and also the icons are all kind moved up so it kind covers the top ones and leaves a bit of space on the bottom

also when i went to go change the comands for the icons they didnt seem to work for example for the music icon i changed it so it could go to audio maneger but then it still goes to wmp

What did u have running before you installed this bro that could be y ur having all the trouble,did u say ur taskbar was messed up as well ?I couldnt understand you sorry .Give us a lil more detail so we could hellp you thanks.

well i couldnt get it to work so i wnet with the wisvar advance iphone theme.
