ok heres what happened your msl,mdn and msid got lost during the flash. its a common thing thats why it is recommend you get the info before flashing. the way to fix this is to edit the epst config. this might be a little more help: https://www.wckediden.com/showthread.php?t=151149

what i do is after i flash and get it going i take and shut down then pull the battery out. basically do a full flash b4 the battery is taken out.

After the RUU update is done your phone will come to first splash screen , then is when you take you battery out for 1 minute. After put it back in the phone turn on. Let the phone do its then and start up all the way. Then go to setting and do hard reset. So yes you let it load up.

Thas what i thought it was , but i have been able to call everytime and Sprint techs are able to reset all that stuff and my phone works lmao. :brows:

you can do it to set the page pull at anytime. like i said i wait until it has done a full boot to where you have the today screen. that ensure i have had a successful flash. then that is when i do my meticulious sht like setting the page pool.

yeah they are both the same thing. but obtaining your msl and all that makes it to where you DON'T have to call sprint. thats the reason for obtaining it.

yeah, they are different numbers. if your number is truly sprints, i think one of it is your phone number but i can't remember which one..

yeah true they are different my are different aswell but i have gotten mine written down. what im tryin to say is writing the 3 numbers down will make it to where you don't have to call sprint if they are lost in a rom flash. get what im saying?

you would need to set one up.......... i know alltel user have done it before so im sure they will chime in... and you could flash the cab if you want the stuff.

well im curious like you know the stock alltel rom how when you goto messages its got the pic/video folder how come i cant set it up like that.? im not trying to be a pain i just like to get pictures i use it alot and if i cant i guess ill just flash back to an alltel rom no offence i like the rom but theres only one problem i cant find an alltel rom

Hey everyone.

Sorry if this is such a stupid question but I just got the balls to go ahead and tinker with my mogul. I put Kaos rom on it and it all went perfectly well! Thanks Kaos! I just had one question tho, Since I put the rom on it, I don't see any icons or options for GPS or Navigation. Am I missing it? Also, don't see anything about the sprint demand service on the new rom?

Go to File explorer Extended rom the cab files for Sprint Tv , Sprint Nav , On Demand are all in there. :brows:

I installed it and did a soft reset and it was not in the programs folder but it was on the home screen so i tapped on it and it said the file 'jeodek' cannot be opened.Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate,or one of its components cannot be found.If the problem persist,try restoring this file.Any HELP??

dont know about the sprint music store but we have the sprint nav and sprint tv posted here if you wasnt to add them seperately..... ill try to talk to kaos or wait for him to respond and he should have an answer for you on the problem with the extended.

after i flashed to the 6.1 ROM, my mogul stopped reading my microSD card. i formatted the card on my comp in both FAT and FAT32 and it still didn't read it. i soft reset for each one after inserting it, still didn't read it. but my comp does, so the card isn't shot. any ideas?
also, i have insurance and my mogul is starting to get scratched up, think this would be a legitimate problem to get it replaced? lol

last thought out of my ass...... have you ever had it in an adapter for your computer. if slow slip it in there and make sure the lock is off that can casue the same error your talking bout.

bro there is no way to make a rom a cab file lmao. its really easy to do trust me.... look in my signature for a tutorial on flashing.

i never even had an adapter until recently... i always just had it in my mogul and would copy/ paste files to in using file explorer. then i flashed the official 6.1 and it didn't show up in the file explorer anymore. but my comp can read it, so it's obviously not fried

right but what im saying since you said recently you have make sure the lock on the adapter is off when you have the card in there.

nope... the lock isn't on. and the mem card came with a usb reader too, which the comp read as well, my mogul is just screaming REPLACE ME!!!!

Just a question about the This ROM and HTC Finger Friendly title Bar that is inserted into this great ROM. Is this program the reason that my volume is no longer able to be adjusted by the scroll wheel. If it is how can I remove the the HFFTB or maybe change some registry settings to have this work again.

idk how to fix it,,, but mine is the same way. in a call, i have to go through a few steps in order to change the speaker volume. but i use HTC home plugin to change the ringer volume so idk bout that. hope someone knows how to fix it for ya

im pretty sure its doing the same as kaos's last rom which for some reason its not doing for me in this rom which i like. in his old rom you would have to click the icon at the top then you would have a bubble pop out then you click the antannae and it would increase ringer volume. and it would reset after each soft reset. it was the only thing i hated int he last rom.

tbh i think his last rom was the best. it just seems more stable. and it held memory soo much better. i think this rom has a memory leak in it.. its strange i lose about 5 mb throughout the day and with running manila 2d it screws me over for starting up garmin because for some reason manila doesn't close when garmin starts up so it gives me a memory error but a soft reset fixes it. but what i do like about the rom is he fixed the volume annoyance. but this rom is also faster then previous. ^_^

I'm havin the same problem. I can't adjust my ringer volume either. But in my case I can't find a way to adjust it at all. Even if i tap on the speaker icon, I don't get any drop down.... When I install the rom it worked but then sometime after I install the touch flo 2d and the S2U and now it doesnt work at all. Anyone have any info on this?

ive always had problems with S2U and i don't have TFLO... but try getting the HTC home plugin because that has a ringer volume adjuster on it. anything happen when you use the side scroll bar?

I see in the list of features of this rom that there is multi-carrier support. Does this mean that I can install this on a Verizon XV6800? If I cannot is there any possible way for me to edit this file in the kitchen to make it compatible with verizon service?
