I believe you have to go the top of the page, click on help desk. Then clik "Join a Group" Once there, select "member software" group and join. You then wait a little bit to be approved. Once you're approved you'll be able to download.

My recommendation, although not in the list is Swcked Phone Suite. Works well in UL and has a list of options.

extended rom for the mogul is unlocked in all the newest rom releases custom wise.......

heres the link for the easiest and most efficient way to get the cube look that many desire on their mogul.... warning it is a memory hog ansd i do recommend that you got to a custom rom if you havent already.........

we havent added any for the mere fact that i cant do everything by myself... would be very helpful if someone would help me with this also.... even if not staff so all i would have to do is copy and paste than add to the first post...
