[HELP] [ ISSUE SOLVED ] Wierd bug I cant seem to figure out

Ok, so I installed Wisbar advance and WAD2 so I could run the halo interface...which by the way is freakin awesome...and after putting all that on my phone i started getting a notification everytime I wake my device back up(turning the backlight back on by pressing the power button) it says notification error....Cannot execute \program\files\lakeridge\wisbaradvancedesktop\wake up.exe....I have deleted WAD2 and all of the halo interface files as well as gone into program files and every where else i can think of and deleted everything pertaining to WAD2 and it still shows the notification everytime I wake up my device...any help is greatly appreciated

get a registry editor go into registry and look for lakeridge folder delete whole thing....

stole the words right out of my mouth.... also be sure to look in the windows folder.... you can aslo try to use an app like sktools or pocketmechanic pro to see what that can find for you.

ok so I used resco registry and deleted everything having to do with lakeridge and wisbar and used sk tools to search for bad registry keys and everything but i'm still getting the notification error...any ideas?

hard reset sounds like it? or actually try reinstalling it. you could have had a corrupt download the first time try a second time maybe it will install properly. then if you dont' want try uninstalling using like sktools to uninstall (which should remove registry at the same time as program).

yeah i'm definitely trying to avoid a hard reset but it might just come down to that...thanks bro i'll hit that rep when I get to an actual computer and not on my phone(can't find da rep button lol)

yeah mobile mode doesnt have the thanks and too me it sounds like a time for a hard reset... somewhere your missing is still the registry files and might just be easier to start from scratch..... and well worth it when you see how nice it runs again :>

true true, thanks for all your help...*sigh* guess i'm gonna have to do a hard reset

use hard reset as a last option try what i said with reinstalling it and seeing if it works. you might look into adding a different theme. the theme its self could be bugged. but if you hard reset backup ur contacts messages and calling history and what not to your storage card. then a hard reset is a breeze.

ok, sorry I haven't updated this in a while, been kinda busy and kinda lazy...tried everything, even monkey's suggestions and still no dice so i tested a few roms and went back to the Kaos take 5...thanks for everyones help
