I was wondering.. Is there a way to be notified when you have a voicemail message on the home tab below the clock? I know that the Touch Diamond and Pro has a column on the home tab that tells you how many voicemail messages you have. I don't know if theres an option or a configuration I would need to do to make this happen..or if I'm just stuck.

yes that works without troubles on the touchflo2d and dettes rom :>

Actually no.. The new TouchFlo 2D has that..I am using an older version so I can use this Diamond Skin because the new builds of TouchFlo 2D wont work with this skin

the latest manila2d changes the gfx directory and thats why older themes dont work but dont miss out buddy,
if you want to have the diamond skin with the latest version just use m2dc. thats how i enjoy all the themes made no matter what build i use. just add .m2dc to the name of the cab and the application will read it so it can be applied, i mostly use m2dc files for my themes but its a good trick if there isnt one for the theme you want

Yeah man this didnt work... Says there no XML or hh_ files in the theme which obviously there is.. anything I didnt do? I just renamed the file and added .m2dct

for some reason, i cant delete any messages in my outbox. whenever i send a text to anybody, that message in my outbox gets sent too. and whenever i try to delete it the phone freezes even if i juss try to open my outbox folder. any suggestions? coz i always have to hard reset to delete that one message:(

hey thanks, one more question, would I have to unlock my phone before loading the new custom rom? I read that article about loading roms but still did not understand it all, I am running a stock sprint winmo 6.1 rom right now.

if you have ever ran a custom rom befroe than yes. what you are basically doing is unlocking the bootloader so you can trick the device into reading the custom rom of choice (or other carrier rom) into thinking its the carriers certified rom.

As D/\sh already said you will need to use the unlocker so you can be able to load custom rom's. You will want to go ahead and read this thread in full detail. Maybe look around the site at some of the custom rom threads and learn a little bit so you are well prepared to flash for the first time. Just dont be scared to do it. Trust me it looks alot more complicated than it actually is. Good luck.

Its tricking it into thinking its a carrier specific code? I thought it was just making it so it would accept unsigned code... Either way.. Same effect

Well you can use v2.3 and then upgrade when v2.4 comes out.. up to you though

Haha yeah I am addicted to flashing too.. Most of the times I dont have contacts in my phone which is a sign..

Haha I think we are all in the same boat. I flash quite often sometimes 2-3x a day. Hell I flashed at 6am yesterday. Then spent the next few hours setting everything up.

Dette, PIM backup. Just keep the backup on your sd card. VERY easy to get your contacts right back.

yes, it was on mines and to get internet u must install the dcd cab for your provider. the link is on the beginning of the thread. hmmm i wonder how 2.4 is coming along..

The line at the top of the screen is a battery bar I am not sure why people dont know this haha.. Its VERY commonly used but either way thats what it is

What errors are you getting? If I know them I will help you out.

You can change the registry to change the internet browser and I believe music player

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila(might be without\HTC and just manila I am not sure right now)

you just have to follow the steps carefully otherwise you can brick your device even though it is very rare that it happens...... so basically you would need to be able to type and change what it tells you too.... and you would need a registry editor like bytes or resco to do so.

Ok, this says (Vogue Only) in the title, so I assume this is a Vogue ROM with the Diamond look. I downloaded and started to flash 2.3, but the updater shows a Touch Diamond.

Am I missing something? Is this for the Vogue or not?
