music stops working

my music only plays for like 10 sec then it just stops when im playing it from the sprint music tab sometimes it will play like 30 sec...has anybody had this problem or know who to fix it or why its doing it..it just started yesterday so im kinda confused

did you install anything new lately on your phone or even uninstall anything?

yea s2p, core player,google maps,and scan life...not sure what i uninstalled

it may be s2p that is causing the error on your device since it does deal with the music... try to uninstall and see if the music plays correctly....

i uninstalled it & it didnt help so i did a hard reset and it still does it, but now it says were sorry a problem occurred with audiomanager_eng.exe please tell microsoft about this problem

huh i wonder if somehow the songs on your storage card got corrupted or something.... .

I seem this alot in the Diamond and Touch pro. ,,,also the music from the sprint music store ,,wont play,,,were looking into it,,,we workin with groovemobile,,,!!!!
