Help please(need a new phone)(htc diamond)

I TIERD OF MY TOUCH IS HORRIBLE IT PEALS AND THE SCREEN BLEEDS AND ITS MY 3RD REPLACEMENT AND IM SICK WHAT CAN I SAY TO GET SOMTHING ELSE BUT THIS CRAPPY PHONE SPRINT SEND ME TO HTC THEN HTC SEND ME TO SPRINT THEN SPRINT SEND ME ASURION THEN AURION SEND ME TO SPRINT THEN BACK AND I STILL DONT HAVE A NEW TOUCH....I JUSS WANT A BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT NOT A REFRB OR A HTC Diamond HELP PLEASE DESPRATE

If Sprint replaced your phone 3x (and since it sounds like you have TEP/Insurance) I believe its time you put your foot down and demand a new phone. Obviously you don't want to come off as a jerk but just place yourself into the role of a customer that has gotten shiity service and that u wont take anything less than a new Touch or Touch Diamond.

It would be best you do this over the phone and don't be afraid to be transferred or ask to be transferred to a supervisor or retentions, you have nothing to lose. The only thing you should be paying in the end is shipping for your brand new phone.

They Just told me that they renewed my upgrade and i can upgrade now but i dont want that i just got my mom a touch pro for her mogul i just want a new phone and thats it what should i tell them because they keep sending me every where

Tell them you shouldent have to pay for anything because its them that keep sending you defective phones and its not your fault

and tell them that you are not satisfied with their customer service and that you will go with verizon, that usually gets them going and willing to do a lot to keep you as a customer

don't know if that will work, have your dad call and complain and threaten to leave...make sure to tell him that you don't actually have to be planning on leaving but by just telling them you are considering it they will do everything they can to keep you
