Noob alert

Hey guys.. New to the site, New to Cell phones.. Just got my first cell phone ever.. Got an Instinct through Sprint the other day, learning fast. Realized right away that I need to jump in head first... Cant have it any other way!

Trading out the Instinct as soon as I can for the HTC Pro.. Waiting for my account to free up.. Seems you cant upgrade or do anything with sprint accounts when you are waiting to port over your phone number.. Taking my land line phone number, porting it over to my cell phone... Caused me a few hours of pain dealing with it in the last few days.. Life was so simple before I decided to move try and catch up with the Jonses.:l_wash:

Went down to trade in the one I got.. made it almost the whole way through till the guy says.. "Somethings wrong, I dont seem to be able to activate this phone" Grrrr:viannen_81:

So now I'm waiting.. Reading and craming for when I do get my new baby home in a few days. Found your guys site off of one of the Yutube Vids on the Pro Touch searches I did tonight.. I'll just go back to lurking in the wings and pop up when I start to figure it all out a little better..

you definitely came to the right place. Just remember to use the green search on the top bar and to read before you post and you'll be golden. Also, you are doin the right thing in trading in the instinct or as we like to call it the instink! But seriously definitely go with the touch pro its got way more features and is completely customizable vs. the instink which is like an iphone knockoff
