<Manila Rhodium TF3D2 V2 Sprint Touch Pro Beta ROM HERE>

The cab file below is something I made to increase in sensitivity for the entire phone not just TF3D2. It was not able to cook in due to the complex settings that the kitchen rejected.

NOTE:
There is also a goodies file for those who enjoy the rhodium enhancements, goodies from tf3d2 like tp2 volume,start menu and notifications which was not cooked in the Pro TF3D rom, but was for the TF3D2 rom. There is also a task bar zip attached for those who are having the issue with the stock battery meter displaying the wrong amount of battery power.

HOTFIX: CLASSIC WORD COMPLETION
FOR PEOPLE HAVING ISSUE WITH THE ON SCREEN KEYBOARD NOT GOING TO ABC MODE. INSTALL TO DEVICE AND SOFT RESET

***SPRINT TOUCH PRO ONLY (kinda, shown by others to work on Verizon and Telus, must install carrier cab after flash and HR, dont forget to pull the battery AS YOU SHOULD AFTER EVERY FLASH)
***All known bugs have been fixed. Install updates, and MAKE SURE that if you are downloading fixes, that they are for this rom, and for which version.
***Make sure that you download to PC, UNRAR and then load; if in doubt, please check NOOB guides for step by step instructions.
***#1 issue so far, boot/splash screen wont go away after flashing to another rom. First, why change ROMS? This one rocks. But if you do, you need to flash to stock rom with radio, and pull battery and hard reset. Look in the STOCK ROMS thread.
***Check cabbed extras in first post. Also, check in Taylors sig for tweaks and such. 
***IF YOU ARE USING TF3D2, you need to make sure that you use themes for that version and NOT TF3D. 
***If you are here because of a video, the theme in the screenshots is BBextreme TF3D2 theme in our TF3D2 theme section
***Check radio if having issues, 1.11 (per Taylor)
***Internet, GPS, or tethering issues - get advance config or diamond tweaks....under data settings...enable AGPS....should solve your GPS issue and/or go to start/settings/system/external gps, and pick com0. Tethering issue....are you in a good ev coverage?
***Data connection staying on  use advanced config and change the time, 1 min or something like that.
***Default pagepool set at 6, leave it there
***Installing start menu cabs will be blank, no start menu built in. Just slide your finger.
***Change bars to other colors??? UI Tweaker
***All known bugs have been fixed. TF3D2 is BETA, your bugs will come from it. 
***Want original start menu from TF3d-2, CHECK CABS in first post.
***Opera as default, all html,xml.ftp,http, and all other associated files extensions will open with Opera, check first post for cab.
***Tag to show support, in first post.
***Turn off or on SMS sent message ---- [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settin gs] 2 get SMSNoSentMsg change to 1 - and to have it pop up again change it to 0
***Weather, custom city, cooked in.
***Sprint Picture Mail not working. Arcsoft is built in, and cannot be removed, is the best picture mail app. Inboxextender works with Arcsoft and adds “mark all as read” and “delete all” to your menu.
***Suggest using extra cabs for sensitivity and landscape
***Internet problems, make sure that you pull battery and hard reset after ANY flash.
***Office 2007 is built in, read the first post page pool to see what all is loaded in this rom.
***On screen keyboard goes straight to numbers and cant change, never an issue with testers, make sure you pull battery and HR after flash.
***To change start icon, you need to rename/replace ~ shellres.192.dll.0409.mui ~ nine added both start and wait icons together in the dll so when you replace it you will lose the custom wait icon as well and revert back to original rainbow one. 
***In call volume adjustment issues? go to HKLM/Software/HTC/VolumeOverlay ~ check and see if AdjustVolInScreen is set to one. if not change it to 1 and soft reset and you will be fine.
***##786# thing is master reset, doesnt remove rom just all settings and themes and stuff
***Clock issues - Workaround:Go into Settings\System\Clock & Alarms and set your correct time zone. If touchflo's time is off by one hour, go into World Clock and adjust the time accordingly. Go back into Clock & Alarms and change the time zone back to what you selected. Do NOT go into World Clock or Alarm view as it will set the time zone wrong again. 
***If you flash to another rom THAT DOES NOT HAVE A RADIO SPLASH SCREEN COOKED IN, the ATR screen will remain. Only way to remove it is to flash to a rom with a different radio splash screen.
***Where do I get the ppckitchen from ~~ http://www.ppckitchen.org/
***Videos wont play = its the TP2 album. Solely for uploading videos for youtube, You can download an app for videos.
***Hotmail not working? Intermittent, fix for it, check first post. Win Live cab asks for overwrite, hit yes.
***Opera auto-rotating with the g-sensor issues, look into Gyrator 2
***There is the cab to allow rotation for Opera, realized people were going to start asking for other apps, and programs, check first post for cabs
***duplicate office icons, go into your windows folder/ start menu/ programs, and delete the extra icons.
***Button combination to hard reset from cold power state is…. While the phone is OFF hold down Vol down and the center button then hold down power button (still holding down the other two) and just continue holding all 3 and then wait till it comes up.

Its truly amazing except that I cannot use the GPS receiver in Windows Live Search or Google Maps.

if you use advance config, you need to enable AGPS and i think that will solve your problem.......in the next build it will be enabled by default which it should have been from the start but not sure y it wasnt......

i had that same issue, but is an easy fix. just go to start/settings/system/gps, and change the external gps from com4 to com0. that will fix it for you.

actually diamond tweaks is the app you want to use to set time for auto disconnect, next build will have it defaulted to 1min......make sure to soft reset after making the changes in diamond tweaks.

yes you will flash this, it is like a radio flash, except its only the radio splash and not the actual radio, be advised it will HR your phone.......

just wondering if anyone else is having the problem using alienxtreme on the version 2 of this rom where the wallpaper is not setting as default. i flashed V1 no problems, juicys no problems, just the second version. default wallpaper is black.

the only theme i had running since this rom came out was the alienxtreme. i was just wondering cause i didnt have this problem till i flashed beta 2.

i honestly dont know man, most likely tf3d2.....not sure if proby set wallpapers to my documents or not, worst case he can post the BG for you and you can choose the wallpaper from tf3d2 settings./

I appreciate all the people showing support for this rom, but lets keep this clean, if your having problems with themes, please post in that thread where u got the theme from, and let us know what rom u have and wat version of toucflo u are running....If you have problems with apps, post it where u got that app from, we are rom builders and deal with bugs present in the roms, we cant really make out why an app wont run in it...

Hey meansixx, When i installed the new alienextreme for tf3d2 is didnt install wallpaper either, im not sure if its b/c fix 1c and the whole photopicker.exe thing xbmod has in it, but im wondering how did u have the old alienware running in tf3d2??? or not sure if u ment that when u had tf3d u had the alienware??

THESE ROMS SHOULD BE ERROR LESS....IT IS ERROR LESS FOR OUR BETA TESTERS AND US, NOT SURE WHY U GUYS HAVING THESE SMALL ISSUES.

We did not cook in new start menu into this rom and installing the new start menu cab will just show a blank screen......there are a few other processes in order for it to work but i forget since i do not use it and we WILL NOT build it in because all it does is load your programs....slide your finger to the right and BAM! you got the same thing....

has anyone has trouble getting active sync/ mobile device center to connect? Mine keep throwing an error on the device that say "cannot open the connection 57600 default. this is no longer valid or does not exist. Select a different connection and try again"
I have tried to get it to load on two diff machines (one xp, one vista) same error on device on both. I have tried several different connection types, and hard reset the device, still with no luck. any advice is appreciated.

are u running bb extreme? if so then theres ur issue,his that theme messes up the start menu for tf3d2, and why would u want that dumb start menu? all it does is open the all programs tab lol

did you also realese a newer tf3d2 with your last update? if so than im sorry for the previous statement, but from your first realese i did experience many problems with the tf3d2 rom
as compared to juicy6. your tf3d rom, well thats awhole diferent story! that is a monster!

Here's Just an example of how great the battery power is in our roms..... I was currently testing a new version of fast charge from no2chem. Basically if your power is already above 70% the fast charge does not take effect due to safety for the battery. I had unplugged my phone at 8am this morning when i left the house to run errands. Talked on the phone for a while, texted a bunch, jump on mobile to hit Wckediden up and see if any of you guys needed support, basically i did moderate use throughout the day....back to first part, so sitting here at 1:30am well over 15 hours and I had 73% power left, I needed to test and see if the new version of fast charge took in 900mAh+.....so i needed to drain the battery.....i turned on wifi,bluetooth(connected to headset),turned on data, opened opera and minimized it, and then went to youtube and started watching snowboarding vids, i watched probably 8 or 9 vids at at least 4 min each.....figured it had drained enough just to test. So i diconnected data,bluetooth wifi,ect. after all of that at least 30 min on youtube, my battery only drained 3%!.....no joke, its real people. Dont be fooled by impersonators of a "great rom for battery".....call me a F#ckin liar and ill slap you accross the face lmaooo.....sorry for the story but i thought it was an appropriate story to inform you....fEEL FREE TO SHARE YOUR BATTERY LIFE EXPERIENCES!!!!

i have to agree on this also, the battery life on the beast is badass. i unplug it @ 10:30 before work and text all day, browse Wckediden, and make sum calls and by the time i get out of work @ 7 its only @ 70%. i used to run other roms and use it same way and only have about 30% by the time i can get it on a charger.

I'm running the TF3D rom which I love!!!! The only prob I have encourted outside of the data connection staying on, which I fixed, is that I cannot adjust my in call volume.

When I hit the volume keys on the side of the phone it changes the system volume and not the in call volume.

Has anyone else experienced this and or know of a fix?

No it's been there from the start I just forgot to post about it. I haven't messed with any in call settings. I'm not even aware of anywhere to change them

Ok just read through the whole thread to make sure this wasnt posted which makes me think it may just be my problem. But when I first flashed to the TF3D2 rom and hard reset everything works fine but when I go into the task manager dropdown to close stuff I notice a program called "START" well its linked to the touch flo because clicking or ending it makes touchflo go haywire wants to relaunch but would just hang. So I just ended up moving it to the exclusive list so its not getting shut down when I close out of stuff. I dunno let me know what yall think about that.

it will have fixes but it will be my own version of implemented fixes......the 1D fix resolves some issues but it seems like it screws up some other parts of tf3d2....so i am tweaking it to where it wont screw up other parts of tf3d2.....

Awesome Rom!! Thanks for the hard work. I am so happy you made a cab to put the classic word completion back on, that one works better IMO. Everything seems to be working great, I did the clock fix, and have not had any other issues.

Well the weekend has passed and I have been running this....the whole time....battery is GREAT! Not to jinx myself......but here goes; Took off charger at 8:00am, Re-installed apps, Made at least 2 hours worth of calls throughout the day, surfed for a about an hour, enuff txt's, email set to sync every30 min, GPS a la Google Maps, Palringo (aka battery vampire), Snails reloaded and still had roughly 50% by midnight.....WT eff?? Whatever you guys did with this..........keep it up!!

Hopefully this post won't automerge, but in either case. Got one for anyone running the TF3D2 rom to check. There's a solid chance it's a glitch on my end (I was playing with manila customizer which I know won't work with TF3D2 just to check a couple things), but just in case.

Can someone go to the People tab - All People, pull up a contact, then hit the Menu button (like you were going to edit)? On mine it dims, but no menu ever comes up. Occasionally the screen will get hung in that dimmed mode until I back all the way out and reset TF3D2.

Anyone, figured I'd report it in case it hasn't come up (and isn't from my fiddling).

yea its the contact card from tf3d2.....it will be resolved in next build coming soon. and i wouldnt use manila customizer since it isnt for tf3d2 just for regular tf3d......and as for the "start".....that is pertaining to tf3d2 and all i do is add it to the exclusive list......

Im going to install the fix now and run it and see how it goes,i kno they added htc photopicker again but they also added album 3.0 which should work with it, then theres other things that scare me like the wallpaper n some graphics that wont looks right. if i think c is better we wil just keep c n look toward fix 1e. I also read that even the official tf3d2 isnt final either, n its still beta also but of course with no major issues, so xbmod keeps updating as he gets them.

ummm ur not supposed to close that lol, but yes u should hide it or put it in exclusive b.c thats the manila starter or boot or w/e

ahhh that truly is amazing....anyone else have stories of how great battery life is?? the tweaks we did in it are so crazy that even guys at ppcgeeks who helped me were truly amazed...but no harm done guys lol all is well, and in the next release we have a surprise just for the battery for u guys so stay tuned!!!!!!!!!!!!!

go to HKLM/Software/HTC/VolumeOverlay
check and see if AdjustVolInScreen is set to one. if not change it to 1 and soft reset and you will be fine.

Yeah, my mistake. I had noticed it on mighty's 4.15 (TF3D,not 2) and assumed it was something with TF3D in general. Guess it's the rhodium menu or something along that line. No worries there.

I do have one question (switched to TF3D version for now if that makes a difference here). I was trying to replace the start icon (nothing personal Broski, just the wife is a bit wigged by your av/icon and a guy's gotta keep up with the WAF :glasses1: ) but can't seem to do so with the usual method. I tried renaming/replacing shellres.192.dll, but it doesn't seem to take. Something I'm missing there?

Hey Moebius, you have to rename the shellres. Rename it to this

shellres.192.dll.0409


that should do the trick for you.
