<Manila Rhodium TF3D2 V2 Sprint Touch Pro Beta ROM HERE>

The cab file below is something I made to increase in sensitivity for the entire phone not just TF3D2. It was not able to cook in due to the complex settings that the kitchen rejected.

NOTE:
There is also a goodies file for those who enjoy the rhodium enhancements, goodies from tf3d2 like tp2 volume,start menu and notifications which was not cooked in the Pro TF3D rom, but was for the TF3D2 rom. There is also a task bar zip attached for those who are having the issue with the stock battery meter displaying the wrong amount of battery power.

HOTFIX: CLASSIC WORD COMPLETION
FOR PEOPLE HAVING ISSUE WITH THE ON SCREEN KEYBOARD NOT GOING TO ABC MODE. INSTALL TO DEVICE AND SOFT RESET

***SPRINT TOUCH PRO ONLY (kinda, shown by others to work on Verizon and Telus, must install carrier cab after flash and HR, dont forget to pull the battery AS YOU SHOULD AFTER EVERY FLASH)
***All known bugs have been fixed. Install updates, and MAKE SURE that if you are downloading fixes, that they are for this rom, and for which version.
***Make sure that you download to PC, UNRAR and then load; if in doubt, please check NOOB guides for step by step instructions.
***#1 issue so far, boot/splash screen wont go away after flashing to another rom. First, why change ROMS? This one rocks. But if you do, you need to flash to stock rom with radio, and pull battery and hard reset. Look in the STOCK ROMS thread.
***Check cabbed extras in first post. Also, check in Taylors sig for tweaks and such. 
***IF YOU ARE USING TF3D2, you need to make sure that you use themes for that version and NOT TF3D. 
***If you are here because of a video, the theme in the screenshots is BBextreme TF3D2 theme in our TF3D2 theme section
***Check radio if having issues, 1.11 (per Taylor)
***Internet, GPS, or tethering issues - get advance config or diamond tweaks....under data settings...enable AGPS....should solve your GPS issue and/or go to start/settings/system/external gps, and pick com0. Tethering issue....are you in a good ev coverage?
***Data connection staying on  use advanced config and change the time, 1 min or something like that.
***Default pagepool set at 6, leave it there
***Installing start menu cabs will be blank, no start menu built in. Just slide your finger.
***Change bars to other colors??? UI Tweaker
***All known bugs have been fixed. TF3D2 is BETA, your bugs will come from it. 
***Want original start menu from TF3d-2, CHECK CABS in first post.
***Opera as default, all html,xml.ftp,http, and all other associated files extensions will open with Opera, check first post for cab.
***Tag to show support, in first post.
***Turn off or on SMS sent message ---- [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settin gs] 2 get SMSNoSentMsg change to 1 - and to have it pop up again change it to 0
***Weather, custom city, cooked in.
***Sprint Picture Mail not working. Arcsoft is built in, and cannot be removed, is the best picture mail app. Inboxextender works with Arcsoft and adds “mark all as read” and “delete all” to your menu.
***Suggest using extra cabs for sensitivity and landscape
***Internet problems, make sure that you pull battery and hard reset after ANY flash.
***Office 2007 is built in, read the first post page pool to see what all is loaded in this rom.
***On screen keyboard goes straight to numbers and cant change, never an issue with testers, make sure you pull battery and HR after flash.
***To change start icon, you need to rename/replace ~ shellres.192.dll.0409.mui ~ nine added both start and wait icons together in the dll so when you replace it you will lose the custom wait icon as well and revert back to original rainbow one. 
***In call volume adjustment issues? go to HKLM/Software/HTC/VolumeOverlay ~ check and see if AdjustVolInScreen is set to one. if not change it to 1 and soft reset and you will be fine.
***##786# thing is master reset, doesnt remove rom just all settings and themes and stuff
***Clock issues - Workaround:Go into Settings\System\Clock & Alarms and set your correct time zone. If touchflo's time is off by one hour, go into World Clock and adjust the time accordingly. Go back into Clock & Alarms and change the time zone back to what you selected. Do NOT go into World Clock or Alarm view as it will set the time zone wrong again. 
***If you flash to another rom THAT DOES NOT HAVE A RADIO SPLASH SCREEN COOKED IN, the ATR screen will remain. Only way to remove it is to flash to a rom with a different radio splash screen.
***Where do I get the ppckitchen from ~~ http://www.ppckitchen.org/
***Videos wont play = its the TP2 album. Solely for uploading videos for youtube, You can download an app for videos.
***Hotmail not working? Intermittent, fix for it, check first post. Win Live cab asks for overwrite, hit yes.
***Opera auto-rotating with the g-sensor issues, look into Gyrator 2
***There is the cab to allow rotation for Opera, realized people were going to start asking for other apps, and programs, check first post for cabs
***duplicate office icons, go into your windows folder/ start menu/ programs, and delete the extra icons.
***Button combination to hard reset from cold power state is…. While the phone is OFF hold down Vol down and the center button then hold down power button (still holding down the other two) and just continue holding all 3 and then wait till it comes up.

see i don't remember even having to mess with that with my 6800 or 6900. however when i change it to a 1 my username field is still blank and it gives me flack about bad username. so far the 0 and 1 haven't made the difference in connecting. i just now hard reset it again and reprogrammed my number into it, if this doesn't work i'll flash back to stock i suppose and get it back and running. sucks cuz i really like the look of this rom.

have you gone to settings and used the update feature and see if that gets the internet working for you?

if you mean the update profile, yes with no luck. that's when it gives me the error code 407. "The profile update could not be completed. Please try again later. If the problem persists, you may need to contact Customer Service." This one is a new one to me.

I went through something similar a while back when I first got my TP. It ended up taking a Tier3 rep (or whatever they call them) from Sprint to walk me through a reset that I can't remember now (it was one of the ## codes, but don't remember which or where) that basically flattened the phone back to factory state including the msl data and everything. We provisioned from there and it started working like a charm.

I had the same problem at one point and I had to put it back to the stock rom and reload the ATR .... ever since then I did not do a PRL or profile update and I got my internet working just fine.

When I called them they were unable to help me at all .... they did the remote setup, I did reprogramming, HR, SR, and a newer way they had to HR the phone .... none of them work.... so I did what I stated in the previous quotation, and it worked for me.

Flash back to stock, acquire an internet connection, then flash back to atr and u should be good

wow! that is the weirdest thing that you guys are having those problems, since this rom is actually one,if not, the best in battery life.....i say you re-flash, make sure you pull battery out for 1 minute, and hartd reset, than see if you still have that problem.

Reflashing now. I did pull the battery last time but what the hell it only takes a few minutes. Hopefully it will fix 2 other tiny issues I have.

As far as Opmon goes, it has not worked well for me since owning a TPro. It worked well on my Mogul only. Do a search for a program called "Personalizer." That works well for me. And as far as the battery indicator, didn't have any issues w that w ATR. If the re-flash don't work, what exactly does the battery indicator not do? There are different solutions for that because overall, there are different bugs that come up with the battery indicator on different ROMs. And Hard Reset a couple of times after flash.

the battery thing is normal for some people, i myself had that little problem, but thats why they posted the task bar zip. opmon works on my pro, huh? thats weird...., did you set the timer to 1? or interval i mean, to 1?

Okay I have flashed both versons of this rom. they are both great smooth fast but I can not get the intenet to work flashed them both 3 times each hard reset them a couple times i have read like 40 pages in this thread looking for a soultion after the first 20 pages it all runs together any help will be great. Had to go back stock for now

hey try this, go to start/settings/connections/connections/advance, and make sure both boxes read "sprint". dont know what else to say bro, sorry. you flashed back to stock, so that should have fixed it......

I remember reading another person had this issue. I think his fix was to reflash stock ROM then reflash this. That was the last I heard. I'm guessing it worked. If your thinking screw that takes too much time, think again. This ROM is well worth that step. Hope this helps.

Lordhelmet thanks for your ides!! phe-nom, got opmon working using your method. I read this whole thread and must have missed the fact that the taskbar zip was posted for rhodium. I thought it was for the non rhodium build. I got a semi now as everything is fixed!! AWESOMENESS!!!

you need the newest version of arcsoft mms for your provider and that will be fixed.

oh do you have the link?

do you have the newest prl that was released about a week or so ago? if your unsure i would call them and ask them to send you the newest prl update via your phone and they will do so and it only takes 15 minutes or so max by time they are done and send the code out.

Were you able to get internet while on the stock rom? If not, I'd suggest flashing back to it and getting on with Sprint support and keep pushing until they escalate you. I've been trying to remember what ended up happening, but the guy I finally talked to had me do a ##code I wasn't familiar with, then a reset from there. After the phone reset, we re-provisioned it and all was happy. According to him whichever code it was resets pretty much everything back to factory state, not just the rom.

i kno when i was stuck with big jews welcome screen i had to manually change it thru advanced config..worked for me and i put my own custom ichigo one in there....it allowed me to change both the welcome and splash screens manually

This has been discussed. If you are no longer using this rom, reflash stock rom then it will be gone. There is also a program you can flash that gets rid of it. Do a search.

Has anyone noticed you can't cut, copy, or paste in the calender? Not a huge deal but I use it a lot so it is a bit annoying. Also, I had no need for the keyboard fix until I added a theme. Once I did that I had to use the classic word completion cab. Again not a big deal since there is a fix for it. Thought that might be helpful on the next build.:unknw_mini: I had to reinstall the word completion cab again after installing a game last night?

Hope this auto merges couldn't find edit. I just had to reinstall the keyboard cab again. I haven't added or removed any programs. I have the cab on my card for an easy fix, but does anyone have an idea as to why that would just quit working.

As far as battery life is concerned. I had problems and did a reflash. I took my phone off the charger at 10 am. I would have to call my usage heavy since I use it for business. 10 pm now and still have 20%.

Certain applications that are designed to force it into number mode will "break" that fix. Editing contacts is one I know of off the top of my head. The good thing is all you have to do is re-run the classic word completion cab to fix it. Doesn't even require a soft reset. I remember reading some posts around the web on it where someone was thinking of writing a mortscript or some manner of app to watch the registry key and just switch it back whenever it changes. Never saw if anyone did though.

Bottom line, whenever it happens just re-run the cab and you'll be good to go.

not sure why its quiet but no big....and to avoid auto merges from now on, just use the multi qoute feature on each post u wish to qoute and u wont have auto merge...

battery issue was discussed in the orginal thread in BIG BOLD LETTERS......as well as the time issue, been discussed on EVERY SITE for ppc's......all fixes are posted in this thread as well....lol where have u been???

How do you get the ATR3 off the welcome screen or the screen when u restart your phone? I tried flashing to a different ROM didn't work. So i then tried flashing to the stock ROM didn't work.

This has been discussed many times bfor, the image was cook into the rom the only way to get it off is to flash to a rom that has the image u want, then flash to the rom u want to use..

i beleive a few pages back I posted a splash screen nbh file.....you basically are going to reflash the radio boot.....it wont HR ur phone or anything.....or u can build a nbh file to flash with any picture you want...its actually pretty easy to do.....but im not ganna go into details about it.....google is your friend.

Alright I know that the mainscreen clock issue has been clucked to death but I thought that there might be a few others out there (myself being one) that the fixes still for some odd reason didn't work. Well I may have found a possible solution for us less fortunate who love the hell out of this rom but can't stand the clock issue

This is a newly released version of a program called chronos. It may seem like another clock/alarm program like the thousands of others BUT it has one new feature to it. It is able to use radio signaled atomic clock settings to updatte your devices time. I just uploaded it and haven't tried it but am about to. I would appreciate any feedback to see if this is working for others as well.
