hello everyone. well i have installed this rom on my phone (vogue) and for some reason it restarts everytime i try to go into anyone of my apps. or games. And the only time it wont shut restart is when its in activeSync....i did everything the way it said......i hope...lol...if anyone has any ideas why its doin this...please let me know what i need to do to fix it. if it can be fixed...thanks

Did you Pull Out Battery and Hard Reset after flashing the rom ?

Reflash and do that should fix your problems you are having , let us know how it works.

well i reflashed it and hard reset and took the battery out....and it still resets after getting to the today screen.....

Have you tried re-flashing the stock rom and then the custom one? That has helped some people.

got it back to the stock rom...that i found on HTC.com. and now my phone is workin fine. so now i will try this again. i know what i'm doin now....lol ...thanks for all the help guys

sounds like you had an outdated radio aka pre gps radio and thats why the reset loop...... could that be possible?

Make sure you pull the batt. and hard reset each flash.

i'm not sure...but i went to sprint last summer for the new wm 6.1. so i would have thought it would have been updated then...goin to flash this rom now. or do i need a new radio first..i have 3.42.30

nope that is a gps radio so nlock your phone if you havent and flash to a custom rom of your choice like the tutorial in my signature below states :)

man i dont know what the deal is. i cant get it to work. i flash it then hard reset and remover the battery. and still. its not in a loop but now it just soft resets after anything i do. and i cant get past the set up screen to align the the phone without it reseting, but when its synced up...it does just fine....

are you unlocked with the correct unlocker? what do the numbers in the upper left hand side say when in bootloader mode?

i am using the vogue unlocker, and i dont see any numbers. i open it and it runs and tells me to press and key for the next step. then unplug and plug the usb cable, then it tells me to install the rom i want, its the vogue sprint touche CID unlocker utility

I haven't had to do this, but reading over on the original NSFAN thread, several people have stated that you need to flash this ROM 3 times for it to work properly.

From what I've seen, most folks don't have to, but the ones having problems have fixed it by doing so.

thanks..i flashed back to the stock rom. i so wanted this one...not many vogue roms. so i just have to stay stock for now..thanks for all your help. wish i could get it to work.....so i can show off...lol. but thanks anyway

Man I wish I could help you more. This is a great ROM for the vogue. I think you should keep trying. You will not regret it if you get it working.

not as popular as this one but there are others... take a look through our rom section or the vogues at ppcgeeks and xda and you will find pretty much all of them.

I got it to work...i used the MFG 2.31 vogue unlocker, and it work the very first time....sweet

Congrats! I think you will be happy. I was flashing my phone like every other day until I found this one. Now the only time I flash is when the new one comes out. The only thing I wish this ROM would do is auto lock the screen when it turned off. Who knows maybe it will pop up in a future release.

I cannot get my data to work to save the life of me! I have dl the carrier cabs, the gps registery cabs, the sprint provisioning cab (for the pro...there is no provisioning cab for the vogue posted anywhere) and I have searched the threads can someone help me with this???? I have tried and read evrything before I posted this because I thought I could figure it out I have never had this problem before that I couldn't fix. I have flashed and hard reset and all that good stuff, been running the rom for about 2 weeks and I cannot get the data to work. Says "cannot locate remote server" no matter what I do. I have downloaded the latest opera, I have downloaded opera mini, as wel as IE and nothing works data wise. I love the rom it's fast and stable and I am running Swcked right now, not a big titanium fan, please if anyone else has this problem or knows a fix I am desperate. Thank you and I fel like a noob this is stupid I don't know or understand so any info would be GREAT.....Future thanks!

if you have installed the Sprint carrier cab from here and installed it, your data should be working, if not try reflashing, soft resetting before the bell customizations show up and then installing the sprint cab again. That should work.

huh thts odd since i use this rom with a 8 gig card in my touch as does my buddy and dont have any troubles with the camera.

huh i just recorded and am at over 2 minutes right now without any troubles of that error.... maby try a reflash of the rom and see what that does for you.

Worked! Thanks bro. I must have had the wrong cab file. Got it now and it's locked in my sd card in case I need it down the road.

i went into the cam settings and change the resolution for L to S and now it works on no limit again...weird....had to play with it before i flash, so its workin for now...other then that everything else somes to work just fine and its fast to...like that part....thanks again

6.5 is pretty cool, but i have one problem. i don't know what happen but my internet was working fine when i first installed it. Now it's not working at all, I called sprint to see if it could be resolve but no help. does anyone know whats wrong?

did you install the sprint carrier cab? Did you try to hard reset then reinstall the sprint carrier cab? Doing the latter should almost definitely fix your problem.

yuppers, my buddy has been running this rom through sprint and hasnt had any troubles for months with his internet and data cutting out on him like that.... i would do as raybond suggested.

yes you will need it if you are a sprint person..... without it the net will not work.
