Storage getting full not intentional

I have been saving my new programs such as gmaps google search, and a few others, not that many but i have saved all to my "internal storage" but it seems the "storage" is quite low and i only have 10 megs left. i have nothin in my docs music or anything else but my app data is has 10 things. i need help, i want to know how to put all that shit from the "storage" to my "internal data" so that i have more space cause i always get storage is low. by the way im very new to this wm phone stuff so please bear with me.

do you save email content to your storage card?

and you said it to different ways above... is your card almost of of space or is it the phone... i feel it is the main memory nott eh 4 gigs internal that is low...... in that case you would have to uninstall some apps..... some think tat when you install an app to your devices card or internal memory that it wont effect the other..... false, the app still has to add things to certain areas like registry, windows folder in some cases, shortcuts, etc...

the "storage" has 90 megs 80 are used and the "program has 203mg and i have used 110mg of that and the "internal storage has 4 gigs and ive used 137 megs and no i dont save email content, this doesnt make anysense to me cause ive had the phone for less than a week and have barley anything saved on it

could jsut be an error, i would try to hard reset or go to a custom rom which will take up less space on the device sicne the bloatware is taken off that the provider adds...... thats my personal outlook on it... also try to back up your internal memory and format that too why you are at it to make sure you got a clean sweep.....
