What plan do i need

For the touch pro to get internet and Picture messageing, Can i get the 40 dollar plan?? becuase it seems to have everything the 45 dollar plan has but without Metro navagation and stuff like that

well you would need to get a plan that had the minutes you wanted, unlimited text, (or amount you use) unlimited data, and 10 bucks for spritn nav if you want it.... what does the plan you are talking about consist of?
