Have u tried a soft reset or maybe even take out your sd card and take out ur battery for a min and power it on ?

Try it also make sure ur soft reseting after you install ur apps .Did u hard reset ur device and take ur battery out for a minute after the flash ?

I did a soft reset after all my apps.... No i did the hard reset tho....
You think i should reflash it and do the batt thing?

if you didnt do the hard reset you have to..... that helps clear up the settings and keeps you running strong.

Try this bro take what u just installed the sprint provision cab and the weather cab soft reset and install again .If that dont help u might have to do a hard reset to clear up them buggies

right i reread and that carrier cab should have done the trick for you.... did you try to dial ##DATA# and than with mslgrabber get your msl and make sure that your active profile is 1

mmmmmmm ok and you have tried update profile and update prl correct? if so what i want you to do is relock your device and flash back to the stock rom and let all the customizations run.... than unlock and flash back over to the custom rom of your choice and see what that does for you.... that will rewrite all the stock settings :) you can findt he stock rom stickied in this here rom section.

hey dash on the NFSAN rom the update prl and profile is not pre-installed he needs to search for it and install it.then reboot and then run the update.

he left those settings stock for some reason....i'm not running this rom right now, but a reg hack might fix it.i'll look around and post when i have something.

hey not sure bout this but cant you just go into sounds and notifications and turn off the display message function under connection established? thats what i do and that gets rid of the bubble every time i connect for data, but maybe im misunderstandin the problem. just id share, just in case, since the less ya gotta screw with the registry the better!:wink:

that didn't work for me. unless you have do something with it. i just dumped the cab on my phone and opened it. no luck with keeping async from running every time i check it.

Ok, Dash i flashed back to my stock rom and everything seems to be flawless and i went back to stock radio also. I didn't lock my device back btw... Now i'm goin to flash another rom and i will get back to you and let u know how everything works out..... Thanks dude

i'd flash a new radio prior to flashing a new rom. unless the stock radio is the best choice for yoru area.

this is wierd... so i just updated to the 1010... and i'm having issue's with updating my gps... so my google maps or sprint nav wont find gps signal.. i get a error Connection failed try later... but i have no issues with connecting to the the web... any ideas?

trying to find the s2u2 settings and there is nothing there for s2u2? gonna try the Diamond Tweek..

Did you read the first post you need to install Quick GPS on your phone it is attached to at the bottom. And the setting for s2u2 are there. but you have to use file explorer. Diamond Tweak just tweak your phone not s2u2.

i did once. have you ran the service carrier provisioning cab for your phone first? that fixed it for me. if that fails, you might want to hard reset.

btw, i had flashed away from this rom then back to it to give it a second chance. the first time the quick gps didn't work. after i estabilished a data connection, i installed and ran the quick gps cab and it worked.

Hey Dash I've searched here, ppc, and xda...no luck. The link you supplied is for a program to kill active sync for the computer as far as can tell. I found another called elias and no luck either...any other ideas?

Just flashed to latest version and I cant send text, I can see it in the titanium tab but the moment I tap it its gone. I send a text and sits there waiting for me to read it haha, not sure but soft reset didnt fix it. Going to goku may falsh back, havent had any trouble from any updates til this one. Great job and thanks.

Sounds like a bad flash agree with Dash cause i was running his rom in between all my flashing an I had no issues.

If they are not working it is cause you need to download the QuickGPS in the first post then will both work just fine.

i didn't think QuickGPS worked in that way. My understanding is that it's merely a table of GPS locations that will make GPS lock faster. I wouldn't think it would have anything to do with his GPS not working at all.

i'm thinking that he may not have loaded the provisioning cab.

interesting. i've had GPS working fine without QuckGPS loaded. i wonder what's the scoop with that.
