[FREEWARE] Toggle 1X updated for 6.5.1 (Drastically increase battery life!)

Toggle1X script has been updated to work with 6.5.1.

Mortscript is required, and you need Mode of Operation in your Registry.

The CAB should install it, but just in case it's located:

HKLM/Software/OEM/PhoneSetting

HiddenModeOperation should be 0.

If you're having problems, make sure Mode of Operation is the EIGHTH option in your settings, it should be, but just make sure.


If you're not familiar with it, check it out. If you do a lot of texting, switching from EVDO to 1X can drain the battery INCREDIBLY quickly, using this script is an almost instantaneous way to switch between them.

Leaving the phone in 1X is proven to increase battery life, VERY drastically if you're a heavy texter. Just switch to EVDO whenever you need data, then switch back.

Check it out, make sure it works.

(Note: MSCR file is placed in /Program Files/intx/Toggle1X/, Shortcut placed in Programs).

what exactly does this do differently than the hkey 1x/ev fix? does the cab make it easier or do something extra? thnx

What a great find bro will this work gonna try it out since im a huge txter and report back with some feedback in a couple of days,battrey life on my tp2 is already great cant wait to c how much better this can get .

the cab isn't working for me, it says theres is no application associated with "Toggle1x" , but i can do it manually.... P.S. If no one knew this or if it was just a noob mistake but when changing the mode of operation to 3G only, u will not receive calls nor texts.. lol, once i switched back to 1X, i had receive some bad messages from my girl about not picking up the damn phone and i was like it never ringed... had a big argument... and i was in da wrong...lol, so its best to put it on hybrid when u need data because u get 3G speed and 1X which allow u to receive calls and texts

ya this doesn't seem to be working for me either. not sure what the problem is. i do use this fix manually and its great, but no luck with the toggle. i have the toggle icon in my programs and when i press it it goes through the sequence but jumps back with out actually changing anything?????
