yes all programs that you install can be uninstalled from the phone. all you have to do is go to start/settings/system/remove programs. than just choose the program that you want to uninstall and click uninstall and you will be golden. hope this helps.

So if I delete the cab file, it will delete the program? I wanted to know if the program is already installed, can I delete the cab file and still run the program? Trying to free up some space, thanks!

if u installed the program you are free to delete the cab it will NOT delete the program

I meant since the program is already installed, will deleting the cab file remove the program? I'm just trying to free up space, thanks!
