Trim in Audio Manager?

When you make a ringtone in Htc Audio manager a trim tab comes up, to trim the song. But whenever i push on that tab nothing happens does anyone have a fix for this or am i doin something wrong.

umm it works fine for me what version do you have installed? i have Version 1.02 (Build 409.721)

I do not know what version it is i can not find where it says it. The properties filed doesn't say anything. What is supposed to happend when you hit the trim tab is a new screen supposed to come up to trim it or does nothing happen?

look under options or about and it will tell you there..... also there is an easy to use cab file for audio manager now posted at the site by tigerz. so if you were to do a local search for that you would find it and than install it and it should work no problem.

I have version 1.02 and this is the second touch i have had and the trim has never worked on any of them. What happens when you press the trim tab does a new window pop up?

i dont know myself i dont use it since i make my own ringtones on my computer. i think there is supposed to be two tabs that are placed on where you want it to start and one where you want it to end.

Do i need to put my audio files in a certain folder?

dont think that you edo as long as it shows up in the audio manager you hould be able to use it.

Anyone know how to fix it? I cant find the cab file tigerz posted, and i never installed audio manager i just unzip the file on my computer and put the folder on my touch. Was this the wrong way to do it?

dont you all know how to use the local search button to find stuff found it in a second literally it was the first thing that came up please do local searchs from now on since i dont have the time nor will to spoon feed people.
