missing exe's?

when i start my device i get 2 notifications.usually only one but it says. cannot execute \Windows\atCleanup.exe. the other i get when i start device connected to active sync is .reglleg.exe cannot execute.now i haven't noticed any performance difference.what are these and can i just find these files and drop back in windows?
oe can i reflash rom and install back up and have them still there fixed?think i was to happy with my reg edit when i first started using it...^_^

you can do a hard reset and than restore all the files besides the registry and all that jazz and you will be good

what i did was take your advise you gave me awhile back.Went from a 1gb sd to a 2gb sd.Now all my cabs are nice and neat in a single folder for reinstall.as well as after i finished 100% installing everything again.i used sprite to make a full back up then placed it on my external with a backup of all my cabs as well.so now i have 2 full backups of all my cabs.good idea d/\sh.time consuming at first.but in the long run worth it.

yeah for sure glad it worked for you and this will save you soooo much time in the long run trust me on that.
