transfer cab file from storage card to phone

hello again sorry new at this stuff i got the program on my card now i got to put it on my phone if some one can tell me how to do that

if you just want to move the cab itself from the storage card to the phone all you have to do is go to file explorer on your phone go to storage card and click on the program or cab file you want to move to phone. when i say click i mean press on it and hold and either select copy or paste. if you want the cab file on both phone and storage card hit copy if you just want to move it hit cut than go to the folder you would like to move it to on the phone than press in there and hold and press paste or you can hit the softkey at the bottom on the right and press menu and edit than paste.
