Help installing Google Maps

I am trying to install Google Maps on my Mogul, but I am having the following issue.
I select install to storage card but it keeps installing to device. Is it that it can only install to device?

I tried "search" already but found no answer.

its set up that way from the developer by system program default into phone directory i think theres no way of moving it to storage card unless someone has a trick for that.

Dam...I should hope there is a trick cuz I am trying to install as much to my card to save up mem on the device.

you could always install it then use pocket mechanic to relocate it to sd card....may work...it redirects all reg entries to point to sd card...

i would recommend keeping on the main memory since it is a vital app and with it on the card it will most likely mal-function quite a bit.... keep in mind it will be behind also since the card loads later than the stuff on the main memory.

Its installed onto the device right now and its slow as hell! I can only imagine how slow it would be if I were to put it on the card

what rom you running.... mine picks up satellite in literally a second and doesnt lag at all.

Im running Kaos **** Sprint420 version and google maps takes a while to load and pick up satellites

That is normal for the first time when you open the application... once the apllication is opend and runnnig it should take a very long time to catch a satellitle or to load...

not sure but i tried to download google maps for my TP but no go i gave up also does GOOGLE MAPS ACTUALLY HAVE NAVIGATION WITH IT ? some one please help i'm running a WM 6.5 ROM with custom INCREDIBLE HULK THEME

hi can you give a bit more info whas it unseccesfull on install or error you have navigation like it works whit google maps you have tp why not install tomtom or ohter gps software

well i just got an error but i have it on one phone but i did'nt do the mod so is it possible for me to install sd card and copy it to the sd then put it in the phone i want to install it on then run the sd card ??? also where can i find tom tom gps for the pro and is it worth it as ive seen the google maps in action but only on you tube
