Remove Battery/comm manager/screen/back light TRAY from Today screen

I would like to remove the bottom tray on the TODAY screen that show the battery, ect.. on the bottom. Tried the Reg edit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Services\WirelessMgr
DWord: Keep Set Value: 0 0x0(0)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Services\Power
DWord: ShowIcon Set Value: 0 0x0(0)
I do not have a wirelessMgr or a showIcon set Value in my REG. Please help and THANKS

Nope. this does not work. It is pasted in the Windows/StartUp folder along with my QuickMenu.

So that .exe file did not work. I have been searching ALL over and can't get an answer:40:

Ok the screen shot is good enough... no need to BLOW the thread up... Go to Start/settings/personal/today and then items tab. then uncheck the HTC HOME PLUGIN not HTC HoME if you have that installed.. press the thanks button!

Damn!! That was easy!! I've been all over the Reg editor for 2 days. Too easy thats why I missed it. Thanks for all your help!!:yahoo:
