trouble backing up information (sorry)

I am trying to download a new ROM and i need to backup my contacts so that i won't lose them, so i open windows mobile device center go to mobile device settings and then go to change content sync settings. i try to sync my contacts and it wont let me because it says "outlook has not yet been installed." Where do i get "outlook," I have searched the whole forum but i cant seem to find it.

its in the vip section you can try mail2web to save contact as another option too. I use both mail2web and outlook just in case, i have to many contacts...lol and would hate to lose them
