Building roms with buildos

I would like to know how you go about creating a custom kitchen in buildos? Do you move the rared kitchen file into your kitchens folder and then open it and add the oems that you want or what? Also I've figured out how to add custom oems into the screen where you choose the oems that you want but how do I extract the oems out of a build and put them into the user_oem folder? Like if i want to take the oems out of project 20270 and put them into the user folder where can I find them at? Thnx!
