:40:its not my firewall! i checked those settings. when i connect my phone to usb cable or even wall charger i have to hold the wire a certain way for it to find it. but the usb commection isn't finding my phone to sync it. its only charging the phone... is this a hardware problem? or should i do a hard reset? i just don't know pls help:40:

no one erased your thread!!!! but sounds like you have ruined the pins in your phone...... i would see if you could get a replacement.
