Loosing apps after hard reset

Hi guys, have some questions for you all. Ok, first I installed da V2R launcher to my phone. After i installed it i soft reset da phone, when my home screen come up it freezes i can't do anything, so i soft reset again da same thing happened. So, now i hard reset loaded everything and tried to install it again i got da same thing. So, I hard reset again get everything up and running again look in my program file and now i'm missing two apps. They are Auto clean and free ram. Do anyone know why this happened. It seems kinda strange to me. Can someone help me wit this issue please. By the way i'm running Koa's **** sprint 3, 6.1.

if you hard reset and it disappeared that is strange.. i would reflash to get back or try another hard reset......p.s mogul will have another release from me by monday....hopefully sunday...

auto clean and free ram are part of sktools? correct me if im wrong! and if you hard reset you would lose sktools because it is not built into that rom! when you hard reset you should come back to the original rom that you flashed with everything it had built in it, minus the apps that you install!
