hello all, here to find unlock solution to htc herald a.k.a. t-mobile wing

hey all, just got my first WM smartphone, and im on fido carrier in canada, but my mobile is t-mobile, im on pay as you go, and its costing me a fortune cuz my phone tells me im roaming, i need to find unlock solution that i dont need to pay for, i know its out there, and im familiar with unlocking and flashing as ive done motorolas many many times and nokias as well,
just not sure where to start off, i know i need hard spl first, so if anyone can point me in right direction, that'd be awesome.. thanks in advance
