AudioManager Not Working AT ALL

I just did a hard reset on the Sprint Stock WM 6.1 rom. I installed the HTC Audio Manager but I just get and error saying that it cannot be opened. This was one of the reasons I decided to do a reset. It says that it is either not signed or a component cannot be found. I installed HTC Audio Manager v1.2.515.718 from this site. That didn't work. I dont know whats going on? I did many searches for this problem but didn't find a single solid answer and the answers that I did find didn't help at all. Anyone know what might be going on?

edit: I also tried the Audio Manager with the Manilla 2D page and I got the same error.
