right through themegence on the right part of the screen where you view you can take a screenshot through that.... once you have the screenshot host it at somewhere like photobucket and use the link with the [img] tags wrapped around it.

use a app like Mymobiler or Capsure.. and edit your post in advance and attach the pics

or do what dash said...there are many ways.

it works but can you use photobucket so i can edit the first post for you and add the picture? sorry for the troubles just makes it easier on the people wanting to see and download your theme :>
