guys need help on this one, i followed the instructions on the notepad, i soft reset, installed on device, open close app, then hotsyncd the .prc and .pdb's but still no work. any help would do. thanks!

any help there??? thanks! sorry to bug this would just help a lot if can get this to work. i tried almost everything that i can think off.
