Really dumb question But Help
Im really really new and i have no idea where to begin. 1st question, when i download a file, do i use the internet on my phone or do i us my destop first then sync it to my phone? i know its dumb but help somone. please and thank you!

you can do it both ways just fine as long as it ends on your device unless its a .exe file which must be ran fron your computer. but nearly all the apps and skins must be in the device
