what do you mean two apps at the same time? you can set your task manager to close when you tap the double x and the drop down menu....but not sure what you mean by launching two apps at the same time....

as far as i know, there is no program like that...btw, what two programs are you trying to launch at the same time and why?

Hmm... well I dont think that there are any programs that can just launch random multiple random apps for you... but you can try downloading some kind of task scheduler? Those are apps that'll you can set up on your device to do cetain thins at certain times; usually things to help maintain your system like a shut down, a restart, a clear temp, etc... but it may be exactly whaat your looking for.(e.g. https://www.wckediden.com/showthread...task+scheduler) Do a search for task scheduler and see what pops up, there are plenty more apps here like that... one might scratch your itch...

Another suggestion could be to add the apps you want to start simultaneusly, to your startup folder in windows, then they will start up together whenever you cut on, or soft reset your device... you wont be able to control it but it might do the trick...

but like shonuff said... what exactly are you trying to do?
