What do I need to change on the hardware to make this officially a "Sprint" phone? I've unlocked the rom and have installed the newest sprint PPC 6800 software. How do I get it to think that its a Sprint phone?

you would need sprint to ok and accept the imei numbers on the phone.... if you go to your local store see what they can do for you.... i dont see them turning you down since they need customers and all...
