themes and cabs not working= NORMAL

I have fixed most of my probs here so lets try this. I have downloaded themes for the TF3D and I am using the program for that. Only two themes have worked for me it was the alien and shakass. I have also downloaded the chic one the killer-chrome and mario bros. I have followed all directions and like I said only two of them are working. Also I found that once I have used them and changed to another theme I can't use that theme again(shakass and alien). I had to delete them from my phone and reload them. Any ideas?

Next question is I have downloaded two different wait cursors dancing bananna and boobs one neither will load up after installing?

Last question Htc home shows up very tiny for me on the top of the page. I have triet to use it with ultimate launch and I can change the settings for ultimate launch but I see none for htc for size. It is like it is jumbled up and mashed together. I also tried to st it as one of the invisable tabs on UL and it does not work for that it is always on everty page. Sorry for the italics my son just put them on and I will have to figure out how he did it. Thanks for all your help.

1. for the tf3d config tool the theme has to be in a .theme file. if you are just getting a bunch of manilla files then you have to copy them into your windows folder and overwrite the ones in there. whenever you change the theme you should reset to default using the tf3d config tool first and then apply whatever theme you want, that will make it so you don't have to redownload. also some themes are in cab files and you just install the cab and soft reset, you should deactivate tf3d first before your install the cab and to revert back to normal just deactivate tf3d and uninstall the cab.
2. the two wait cursors that you downloaded won't work because they are for qvga devices i.e. the mogul and touch, not the diamond or touch pro
3. htc home is for qvga so it will always show up really small on the vga screen. there is one for vga but you can't customize it using htc home customizer. ultimate launcher is also a qvga app so won't work with the touch pro
