Some Help Please
Hello all, Well about 2 weeks ago my Pro starting acting up. The screen wouldnt come on sometimes and when it did it was VERY SLOW and just didnt seem right. Well now the screen is pretty much gone. You can see where it is trying to light up but nothing actually shows up. I have tried everything and I mean everything. I got this off ebay so there was only a 7 day grace period and of course mine started acting up around 21 days later lol. Idk what to try or do took to a sprint store but told them I bought it from BEst Buy they said take it there but I had no receipt so I couldnt exchange it. Whats my best bet go ahead and add it to my line again (Had to switch back to instinct) and claim insurance or what? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated thanks a bunch!

No worries bro.... DO you have TEP? if you dont... you have a 1yr warranty threw HTC as long as there is no physical damge to the device. Just visit there sight... You might be outta a phone for a couple weeks ... but you will get a new one...

Ya man I do have TEP wouldnt do without it honestly. Just will need to add the Pro back to that phone number. Which is better going through HTC hopefully securing a brand new phone or through Sprint? I appreciate Bro, always nice I aint outta $400 just like that

Yo if you have TEP.. walk in to a corporate Sprint store and give it to the techs... Bro i had my led and lcd replaced a couple months ago and last weekend my backlight on my keyboard went out. I brought it and they replaced it with another keyboard. Tell them u got it from Sprint themselves. It doesnt matter where you got it from if you TEP.... Thats why its called TOTAL EQUIPMENT PROTERCTION

yup do just as jew stated and you will be fine since yu got the tep insurance... and if it cant be fixed the same day they will just give you a new device..... just push for a new one and not a refurbished one though if they go that route.
