Vogue_unlocker troubles

I used cokemans unlocker, seeing 3 color screen but now I'm supposed to establish an active sync connection to my phone. I can't establish the connection for some reason.

I continued with the unlocker I got bored of waiting for a reply. It worked fine I think. I guess now I need to flash it and put some ROM's on. The instructions I found told me to do a hard-reset now(idk why it will delete all the data on it) and then do a soft reset. but I think it's not needed.

soft reset, let it boot up to windows mobile, establish activesync connection, run rom update util it will auto put ur phone back in multicolor mode and install new rom for you. backup anything you need before you do all this. any other quesitons louie made a nice tut on how to flash a rom its in my sig, it was made for diamond, but same idea.

i think those instruction are for flashing only, not unlocking...

after u flash a new rom, u should always hard reset and pull the battery
