[BETA] Palm Pre Users Help Out Astroflower Software

Hey guys,

I just had a customer come in not too long ago with an issue that I could not resolve in the store. So i need a few of you to help me, help him. He is unable to get a Palm Pre in order to test his Palm application under the Palm OS emulator for Pre. So what I need you guys to do is test out his application on your Pre, his website is:

The application that he actually wants to test is a remote desktop application for Palm OS that also will stream the music from the desktop computer that you are connected to, It is a really cool application. I have already posted it in the WebOS section of the forums:

Went to link from my Pre and says unable to load, do I need to save to my pc and throw it on my pre and launch from there?

There is an application out for the Pre called Classic, use that to run this application, it's just a Palm OS Emulator. It's in the App store on the pre.

yeah that would be great dashy, i told him i'de get a few peopl to test it for him. My Pre got taken back by Palm so now i dont have one :(

alrighty, i got it to work once and now it wont open again through the emulator....... im gonna see if reinstalling it after a master reset and reinstalling will help..... sen dme a reminder to update this thread with the results.

thats weird bro, yeah that would be great if you could see how to get it working. That way I could at least give him a process to post on his website to get it working on the Pre

still wont run more than once even after starting fresh..... dont know what it is thats causing it.

ok, thanks a lot dashy, it doesnt give any error, it just doesnt open?

Yeah I removed the classic app off my Pre and didn't like it so I won't be reinstalling it unles I can get it for free! It wasn't worth paying for, I only tried the demo and when it expired I was done. Sorry bro I tried!

thats no troubles venum, and yes i got it to work now...... was pretty fluent and all i did was install the emulator from the apps store for the palmos opened that and ran the app.... ran fine without any troubles even the the trial seemed to be too short and possibly lock you out of settings that can be used...
